HOLIDAY EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Orders placed November 12th - December 24th 2018 may be returned for exchange or refund within 60 Days of receipt of your purchase.
JEN'S SCRUBS EXCHANGE/RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
For your convenience, Jen's Scrubs purchases may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Jen's Scrubs offers FREE exchange shipping on all orders. If making a return a shipping fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Monogrammed, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returns or exchanged. Please click the link below to process your exchange/return. You will need your Jen's Scrubs order number which you can find in your account at Jen's Scrubs to get started.
Ship on Your Own: Customers can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- Your Jen's Scrubs Order #
- The item number of the merchandise, if available
