Customer service is slow and unisex sizing

I bought this coat and it was too small. I ask to exchange it. After several phone calls and emails over a matter of three weeks I got approval to send the coat back. No one answers the phones or the voice messages when you call them and the emails are the same way.
When I sent the coat back for a bigger size they sent me back a smaller size than I originally ordered. Now I have a coat coming to me that is much smaller than the size I originally ordered and that I will have to pay to send back. A product that I have waited some time to get.
Fortunately they don’t charge to mail products to you but by the time I send the coat back and get a refund I expect it to take 3 weeks plus more weeks on top of the time I have already spent waiting.

I will say the quality of the coat is good but it is a unisex design and is small around male biceps, shoulders and upper back. Don’t trust the size chart.
