I would not recommend Grey’s Anatomy Scrubs to anyone. Their customer service is terrible—slow to respond (if they respond at all), and completely unhelpful. I tried to return items, and instead of making it right, they told me I’d have to pay for the return shipping myself AND they’d deduct even more money from my refund. Essentially, I’d end up owing them to take their scrubs back! I’ve never experienced such an unfair return process or lack of accountability from a company. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
